During 2009 Eurofilms ran their first annual customer satisfaction survey and the results were very positive.

The 2010 survey built upon those results and focused on some new areas of the business with specific importance to Eurofilms during 2010, including new product development.

In 2011 the survey was amended again to capture strengths and identify weaknesses within Eurofilms. It was also used to gain information on other products purchased to assist with product diversification.

This is the 4th survey we have carried out.

A few key highlights below!

  • 99% of respondents rated Eurofilms communication as Excellent or good.
  • 97% of respondents would recommend Eurofilms to other businesses.
